Nambucca Shire Council is currently seeking for expressions of interest for commercial land, located adjoining the Nambucca heads Industrial Estate and near the recently (December 2017) completed Pacific Motorway and the Nambucca Heads Interchange and within 1 km from the Nambucca Heads Railway station.
The land, a rectangular block with parking facilities at the front and dual street access, is in total 1.563 ha and has a B7 zoning.
