The Nambucca Shire is a great central location to the broader region to establish and position yourself or your business to service over 300,000 residents of the Mid North Coast.

The Nambucca Shire has an expanding vehicle body manufacturing cluster group. The vehicle industry employs around 250 full time staff members and turn over around $ 50m annually in products generating healthy accessible transport distribution networks.

There is a growing broader manufacturing sector, selling more than 90% of their manufactured goods outside of the Nambucca Valley while servicing the local economy.

The Nambucca Valley has experienced a continuous fall in the unemployment rate since 2000 and continues to encourage an increase in local employment opportunities. Unemployment rate is Down to 7.7% in 2017 from 21% in 2000.
